Introducing Princess Preschool

Tori missed the birthday cutoff for starting Kindergarten by just 10 days. We could have had her assessed, I'm sure she would have passed, and then she could have started anyways. But the more we talked to others and prayed (this is huge and will affect her life for her entire educational career), the more we felt that she was fine to start next year.
So, what to do with this year? Tori and another little girl in our ward are going to be attending Princess Preschool! Basically, the other mom and I will switch off weeks, taking a letter each week and somehow tying it into a princess theme of some sort. The actual kickoff was last week, where the theme was A is for Ariel! They learned all about the ocean- so fun!
Today was our first turn- we had B is for Belle! Belle is Tori's favorite princess- she was so excited! And it made it even more exciting to talk about France, where Uncle Alec is serving his mission right now!!! We built Eiffel Towers, read Fancy Nancy and learned some French words, became inventors and experimented, and even made roses!!!
Tori is doing such a great job writing her name! And she's loves being able to color what she looks like each day!
Garrett loves that he gets to come to preschool when it's at our house!
Our Eiffel Towers were very unique!
The origami roses were a bit tricky, but we got them done!
And, of course, we did some dancing!!!
Princess Preschool is going to be so much fun!!!
