With today being Garrett's first birthday, I have been a little nostalgic and went on a walk down memory lane! Here is our Garrett Jones Allen shortly after we brought him home from the hospital- he was so little!
1 Month- he looked oh so handsome on his blessing day!
2 Months- we were so happy to once again have him back home with us!
4 Months- here is the beginning of Garrett's very sad pouty lip face!
5 Months- he has always been a smiler!
6 Months- love this face!
7 Months- Garrett and his binkie- fantastic friends!!!
8 Months- this is still one of my very favorite pictures of him!
9 Months- starting to look like such a big boy!
10 Months- He has always loved exploring the world around him!
11 Months- Cheese!!!
And here is our big 1 year old!!!
Here are a few fun things that Garrett has been doing over the past month: he has figured out how to pull toys out of and also how to climb into the toy box, he now likes to chew on and tear up books, he loves to sleep cuddled up on top of his blanket, he has a very specific grunt for when he is running low on food and wants more, he dances all the time, and he has learned how to shake his head 'no!' Garrett absolutely loves it when Tori plays peek-a-boo with him- so fun to hear the two of them giggling together! It has also been fun watching him discover the joy of playing with the kitchen cupboards and the pans and bowls they hold! Our little Garrett is just so happy all the time and has such a fun personality! We love him so very much and couldn't imagine our family without him!
