Is It Spring Yet?

Technically, not for another 9 days- but it sure felt like it today! We took full advantage of the nice weather (since it is supposed to snow again tomorrow) and went in search of a park. Tori spotted the park first, and was so excited when we finally navigated through all the strange one-way roads and pulled into the parking lot. Once everyone was out of the car, Tori and Garrett took off at a run- so many fun new things to explore!
Garrett has been kind of scared of slides lately. I was so proud that he went down all of them by himself today!!!

I got to visit Tori's restaurant for some yummy birthday cake complete with a stick candle!

Tori found an awesome rock- perfect for a short break in the action!

This kid ran all over the park- and only came away with a few scratches!

Sticks and pine cones- Garrett was in heaven!!!

Tori also found this great tree- another wonderful spot to sit and rest!

We are all so glad that this frigid winter is almost behind us! Today marked the first of many new parks we get to discover in Bloomington!
