Our Little Miracle

Last night was so horrible with Garrett and his rash!  He would sleep for just short periods of time and really only if we were holding him.  The medicine we had for him didn't seem to be helping at all and we felt helpless.  Around 3:00 this morning, Garrett was crying and I was crying right along with him thinking, "why on earth did we come on this trip. We should have stayed home where he would be more comfortable and not drag him all over the place."  The next thing I knew, Jared was next to us and had everything ready to give Garrett a priesthood blessing.  The blessing was very simple and stated that Garrett would begin to get better and that our trip would go well.  As soon as Jared was done with the blessing, Garrett finally started to calm down and was able to sleep for 4 hours straight!  While he still had his rash when he woke up, it was already starting to look so much better and throughout the day we basically watched his rash melt away!  I know some may think this a coincidence, but not us!  This was a little miracle meant just for our family and especially for Garrett!  I am so grateful for a Heavenly Father that blesses our lives so greatly and is so mindful of what we are going through!!!
