For the past several months we have noticed that our Honda Civics have been a bit small. We can fit all four of us, but no one else. If we want to take Prince with us in his kennel, we have to take two cars. If anyone comes to visit or we need to give anyone a ride, we have to take two cars. So, we have finally taken the plunge or bit the bullet (whichever one you like best) and have become a minivan family!!! After much research and asking about over the last couple of weeks, we headed off to the Enterprise Car Sales lot.
Sadly this is how Tori and Garrett were when we arrived!
Our sales guy was awesome and let us move our car wherever we wanted to look at different vans so the kids could sleep a bit longer! Once they both woke up, he also let us strap in both car seats and go test driving as a family! (It may have taken longer, but it was really nice to see how the van we were test driving would work for us!) After test driving 4 vehicles this was how the kids were holding up...
Garrett was a happy little minivan test driver!!!
And Tori was not!!! (Later that evening she started getting a fever- no fun at all!)
And the moment you have all been waiting for- our Dodge Grand Caravan Mainstreet, whom we have affectionately named Cam the Caravan, or Cam for short!!!
Holy cow do we feel spoiled- we have power everything and cruise control!!! (Yes, we pretty much went the economy route with our old cars!)
I think this is Jared's favorite view- he loves all the gadgets!!!
Just a plug for Enterprise- they were awesome to work with! They were so laid back and let us take our time to find the right van for our family- which is most likely why we came home with a new vehicle today! Hurrah for the newest addition to the Allen family!!!
